With so many coating out there on the market it is very easy to get confused and get wrong information. However, many will still choose to advertise their 9H coatings because big claims sells regardless of whether these coatings are actually of such hardness. We simply chose to provide real world, real tangible benefits to our users over any unsubstantiated marketing hype. We know these facts because we work closely directly with our manufacturers.
Modesta develop, test and manufacture all their coatings in-house and chose NOT TO source products from various sources, based solely on the lowest price point (hence highest margin) and often time with incompatible base materials and try to deceive installers as if they will all work as a “system”, as well as not having any real input of what really goes into a coating themselves.
Modesta will only select base materials of the highest grade, and only from the most advanced producers available within Japan, as well the coating lifecycle up-to-date by constantly testing and adopting only the latest and highest tier silica developed in today’s.
